As our jobs and lives become more global, we have the opportunity to speak and work with people from all over the world. You’ve inevitably seen how interactions and expectations can differ depending on the culture and gender with whom you’re working. Forgetting the issues that may arise with different languages, there are many other unspoken factors that come into play when trying to communicate across cultures and genders.
